Child/Teen Therapy
Service Description
Child and teen therapy is designed to support young people as they navigate the unique challenges of growing up. Whether dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, school stress, family changes, or social pressures, therapy provides a safe and supportive space for children and teens to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences. In these sessions, a therapist works with the young person to build trust, encourage open communication, and teach healthy coping skills. Therapy may include play, creative activities, or age-appropriate discussions tailored to each child’s developmental level and interests. Parents and caregivers may also be involved in the process, fostering understanding and creating a collaborative approach to healing and growth. Child and teen therapy aims to empower young people to develop self-awareness, resilience, and emotional regulation skills that will serve them well throughout life. Through this process, children and teens learn to face challenges with confidence and have a safe outlet in which they can express themselves freely and feel truly understood.
